Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Sense Wellness. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@sensewellness.life.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered-with personal care products. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Unopened Returns

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at info@sensewellness.life with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at info@sensewellness.life so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered-with personal care products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@sensewellness.life and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

RETURN SHIPPING AND FEES

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
