DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside of our control.
TRACKING
When your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Sense Wellness is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at info@sensewellness.life.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information. You may also contact us at info@sensewellness.life and we will do our best to help review the issue.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sensewellness.life within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
